Foam Cushions
EPE designs and fabricates many different styles of foam packaging cushions. There are foam endcaps, foam corners, and foam cradles, to name just a few. Foam can be cut to size, die cut, bonded, and assembled.
Packaging Kits
Packaging kits can include a variety of different material combinations. Kits can include corrugate cartons, foam cushions, trays, bags, or whatever your specific product needs. Packaging kits can be sent knocked down, set up, or set up and packed.
Foam Lined Cases
EPE has created custom foam inserts to fit into many of the most popular case shells in use today, including Hardigg, SKB, Andiamo, Maxline, and Samsonite. We have produced case inserts for tools and electronic devices. EPE can supply the case and foam, or provide the foam insert to fit into your case.
Tricone Bubbles
Tricone bubbles can be made to any length between three to seven inches long. They can be perforated after each bubble, or after any number you choose (up to 99). EPE also makes Tricone into large bubble mats, which are perfect for shipping large, heavy objects.
Packaging Supplies
In addition to the items fabricated on site, EPE also distributes many other types of packaging and shipping materials such as Corrugate Cartons, Poly Bags, Bubble Pouches, and Roll Foam.
Foam Used
EPE fabricates foam packaging from many different types of foam. We stock Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and Polyurethane foams. We have both expanded and extruded foams, open and closed cell foams. Most foam types are available in a variety of colors and densities.
Foam Fabrication Equipment
EPE has all of the neccessary foam fabrication equipment at our Tualatin facility to make your foam packaging. This includes two horizontal foam saws to cut thickness, and three vertical saws to cut length and width. We also have a 70 ton press that is used to die cut foam cushions. For assembly, EPE uses various hot plates, heat guns, and glue pots.
